Jeniffer Scott, B.S. in Finance, is a seasoned financial operations professional with 25 years of experience supporting NISA Investment Advisors’ investment management processes. Her expertise spans middle- and back-office functions, including investment accounting, asset reconciliation, client reporting, client onboarding, and contributing to the RFP process.

Driven by a passion for creating meaningful work opportunities for teens and adults with disabilities, Jeniffer co-founded the Black Cat Coffee Café Project. Her commitment is deeply personal—rooted in her experience as the mother of a son with autism. She is dedicated to building a community where everyone feels seen, capable, and connected. Based in St. Charles, Missouri, Jeniffer credits her attention to detail, strong advocacy for inclusion, and the loving support of her husband as the foundation of her enduring commitment.
