Michele brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, including 19 years in diagnostic medical sonography. She currently serves as Lead Sonographer for General Ultrasound and holds both an MBA and RDMS credential. As the parent of a child with developmental disabilities, Michele has a personal commitment to fostering inclusion, independence, and opportunities for individuals of all abilities. She has also volunteered as an assistant coach for multiple Special Olympics sports, supporting athletes as they build confidence, skills, and meaningful connections. Michele is passionate about advancing the organization's mission and helping create a welcoming community where everyone is valued, supported, and empowered to succeed
